I recommend everyone to choose this. Just one drawback is the crowded market. But the home is on top floor, so you will be good. Clean, nice house. cozy beds,blankets!

amazing host! my first time booking an airbnb in India and Manoj was responsive, honest, kind and helpful. I had to change the booking twice and reduce my days but he was very kind and let me cancel early without any hassle. Old Delhi is a little scary for tourists from my experience so having someone like Manoj there who is honest and wants to help you find things is excellent. I highly recommend asking him for advice on many things and also make sure to read the description fully on the electricity billing and other things. he is completely honest and really fair at his pricing and you won’t find anyone better.

I stayed at Manoj’s property for 10 nights and I don’t have any complaints. The property was clean and spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. It has all the necessary amenities. Manoj is very responsive and accommodated all my requests. It’s a good place if you’re looking for work from home because of high speed internet. There is a smart TV as well with Netflix and Amazon prime for entertainment. Overall a good value for money.

I stayed at this place recently and it feels like home. The place is exactly the same as shown in pictures. The host Mr Manoj is very responsive and helpful. Would love to visit again.

manoj is best, always responsive and helpful, after booking, i needed early check in and host helped me with that, and i needed to leave place in night and then too manoj helped me.

Firstly, Mr. Manoj is one of the best hosts I have met in my Airbnb stays. He is very proactive and always happy to help the guests, with a smile on his face. He has also very honestly mentioned the limitations of the property by himself, which very few people do.
He arranged for a safe parking, had kept extra mattress even without asking. It helped us a lot by allowing all four of us to sleep in the room where the much needed AC is.
He also provided a stand for drying clothes within a few minutes of requesting for it.
Regarding the property, it is exactly as mentioned in the listing. All the required amenities have been made available.
Most of these info is present in the listing, I am again mentioning them for the benefit of future guests:
1. Property on 4th floor, with no lift.
2. Horn noise due to traffic on the main road.
3. Electricity charges extra (nominal).
4. Get laundry powder to avoid going down once again to get it.
Finally, I will definitely stay here again.

Manoj is an excellent host. I have been around the world in Airbnbs for long time and never had such a dedicated host as Manoj. Any time there was anything to ask or any issue about whatever, Manoj was there to help. We enjoyed our stay.

What a delightful find! Our stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. Mr. Manoj is an absolute gem – incredibly responsive, cheerful, and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a cozy haven, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sharing Autos are easily available just outside the building.
What truly stood out was the host’s flexibility and generosity – he graciously allowed us a late checkout at no extra charge, which was a lifesaver. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to this hidden gem for future visits. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Highly recommended to all travelers.

Our stay was comfortable. Host was responsive at midnight too. Value for money. We develop a connect with Manojji in just a short stay. BnB is equipped with all amenities. Love to come back again and again. Thanks to manojji for hosting us. It was just like my another home.

Manoj was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. The place was lovely, equipped with everything we could possibly need. Manoj’s thoughtful touches were evident throughout the space. Despite our late check-in at 2 am, he made the process easy and convenient for us. Mr. Manoj Ji provides excellent justification for two points. First is, “Atithi Devo Bhaba,” which translates to “A Guest is akin to God,” outlines a host-guest dynamic that reflects the ancient Indian belief that guests should be treated with the same reverence as gods. “Delhi Dil Walon ka Seher hai” is the second, indicating that Delhi is a city of kindhearted individuals. These two points are really justified by Manoj Ji. He provides unmatched service that is indescribable. All your necessities will be addressed, and Manoj Ji will make every effort to assist you if you require any other essentials, though the room has everything you need for your stay.Come here if you’re seeking for a house outside your house; you won’t be disappointed.

Mr. manoj was a very humble,warm and friendly host. House is very clean simple well maintained with all basic amenities. No pestering or disturbances peaceful home. The home is in a good landmark location where all deliveries can be made easily. worth booking it!!
